Players need to bring their own appropriately-sized basketball
Players are required to wear Connected Basketball jersey and their own basketball shoes in training
No jeans or sandals are allowed
Make-up Class
Make up your missed class(es) using the official training slots for the same age/level teams
All make-up classes must be completed within the current season, no make-up classes will be provided afterward or refunded
Refund Policy
For all online payments, a 4% service fee will be charged to all the refund requests
Refunds can be requested for any reason before the official start of the season
After the official start of the season, refunds will not be made at will. If there are special circumstances that require a refund, in addition to the deduction of the course fee, an additional $50 will be charged
In the case that the class(es) is/are cancelled by the Connected Sports, no additional fee will be charged
Connected Basketball Jersey set is non-refundable
